Responsibilities
The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of material logistics management which include the following:
- Create purchase orders for all customer hardware and software. Responsible for Forecast Accuracy, P.O. Placement, Vendor Management and streamlining the Order Fulfillment process with vendors.
- Process purchase orders for all company departments (R & D, marketing, engineering, IT)
- Follow up and track hardware shipments. Coordinating the material flow between the supplier and the destination.
- Monitor and advise implementations and installation staff of hardware and software delivery time frames
- Arrange for shipping of hardware from Allendale location to customer when appropriate

Qualifications
- Min Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with technology Purchasing (minimum 4 years).
- Familiarity with IT and networking components, architecture and configurations
