Enterprise PACS and Image Distribution System in One PACS
With Centricity PACS-IW, there is no need to have an Enterprise PACS and an Image Distribution System. IntegradWeb does both. For customers who wish to have both Image Distribution and Enterprise PACS capabilities, we are frequently asked, “What is the difference between your Enterprise PACS and your Image Distribution system.” The answer is nothing. There is no additional PACS to purchase, there is no difference in the user interface. This saves the institution from the additional capital outlay required for the supplemental functionally, and minimizes training, training costs, and speeds adoption.

Centricity PACS-IW customers have always benefited from Web-based solutions that can be entirely diagnosed and repaired from Dynamic Imaging Solutions’s Allendale, New Jersey, corporate offices. Now, these customers can take advantage of our new proactive monitoring tool: Guardian Diagnostics. Guardian Diagnostics enables complete remote monitoring of hardware, software, and network connectivity. Furthermore, Guardian Diagnostics peers into the actual performance of the IntegradWeb software application, monitoring routine performance criteria such as image acquisition and compression queues, for example, to proactively alert support teams before end users experience any degradation in system performance. Guardian Diagnostics allows us to identify system performance issues before they manifest as problems to users. Guardian Diagnostics will centrally monitor the condition of our customers’ systems at our headquarters, taking full advantage of our support expertise and of all the resources required to ensure optimal systems operation.
